Online individual therapy allows individuals to attend therapy sessions over the internet instead of in person.
KMF Counseling Solutions only provides online therapy to adults throughout the state of Texas. We find that online therapy fits our clients’ schedules, making it easier for them to prioritize their emotional health and well-being.
How does Online Individual Therapy work?
If you’re new to therapy at KMF Counseling Solutions, you can schedule a free 20-minute online consultation. This consultation allows you to ask questions about our therapy process and ensure a good therapeutic fit.
If my services are the right fit for you, an appointment is scheduled. You will receive a Welcome Email with a link to register on the HIPPA-approved portal. You can complete all forms online prior to your intake (or initial) session. During your initial session, we will address your goals and objectives for therapy.

My rates are $130 for the first initial intake assessment and then $120 for each individual therapy session. However, if you are utilizing your health insurance coverage the cost would depend on what your health insurance is willing to pay for this type of counseling for individuals.
