More About My Online Individual Therapy for Early Career Professionals in Austin, Texas

What is Online Individual Therapy for Early Career Professionals?
Individual Therapy for Early Career Professionals is a type of counseling that helps individuals navigate career challenges, transitions, and difficulties. Sometimes starting a new career can lead to people falling back on old habits or feelings of self-doubt that can lead to feelings of stress, anxiety, sadness, or worries.

Therapy for Early Career Professionals can help individuals process their emotions, develop coping skills, and find ways to adjust to their new careers or place of employment. It can also help individuals identify and work through any underlying issues that may be causing them difficulty during this transition.

How does Online Individual Therapy for Early Career Professionals work?
During individual therapy sessions individuals get the chance to confidentially discuss issues or events with a licensed skilled professional during therapy sessions. While it may not always solve problems, it does provide people the tools that individuals need to deal with the problems more effectively.
When is Online Individual Therapy for Early Career Professionals needed?
If you’ve been feeling hopeless or lost lately, or struggling with a problem in your life that feels unsurmountable then this type of counseling for individuals also known as individual therapy may be very beneficial. Additionally, here are some other reasons why you may want to consider individual therapy…

  • You keep worrying about the same problem over and over
  • You don’t know who you could ever trust with knowing about your secret struggle
  • You wish there was somebody who could tell you why you feel this way
  • You’re interested in therapy, but you don’t want to give up total control
  • Other areas of your life are being negatively impacted by your struggle
  • You need somebody to listen to you and your feelings for once
  • You’re interested in therapy, but not sure how it could fit into your life
How much does Online Individual Therapy for Early Career Professionals cost?
The cost depends on whether you are paying out of pocket for the individual therapy sessions or you are using your health insurance to cover the cost of the therapy. My rates are $140 for the first initial intake assessment and then $130 for each individual therapy session. However, if you are utilizing your health insurance coverage the cost would depend on what your health insurance is willing to pay for this type of counseling for individuals. In other words, sometimes they cover the entire session, other times just part of the session, but there may also be a scenario where you may have to pay the entire cost yourself, that really depends on the type of health plan that you selected.
How long does Online Individual Therapy for Early Career Professionals process take?
Unfortunately, this is not possible to say in a general FAQs page. Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them and the length of time counseling for individuals can take to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek counseling in the first place.
How do I know if Online Individual Therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling fully overwhelmed and/or find it very difficult to communicate with your loved ones, it may be time to consider individual therapy. Other indications that it might be time to pursue this type of counseling for individuals and speak with a therapist include when individuals close to you express worry or when you find it difficult to think of anything but the issues that are weighing you down.
